But if those things don't sit well with you, do not work here. If you can get past all that and getting about $11 an hour before taxes, go ahead and work there! You'll probably enjoy it because again the people are kind and the students are smart and wonderful.

When students are older their parents may start introducing them to Scientology against their will, and you will have no course of action to take as the administration is mainly Scientologist. Vaccines are not required of students so take that as you may- if your child has any autoimmune weaknesses they should not go here. Students are discouraged from getting medical care and will not be sent home unless they throw up or have a raging fever (students with moderate fevers who claim to feel awful are sent back to their classrooms). The ultimate reason why I wouldn't necessarily suggest getting involved in the school, regardless of monetary compensation or long hours, is that it is ultimately linked to the culture of Scientology. With the win, Delphi Academy upgrades its record to 14-7 on the year. The Delphi Academy (Clearwater, FL) volleyball overcame the visiting Sports Leadership & Management Spartans (Tampa, FL), 3-0 in Thursdays non-league outing. You'd do just as well working as a barista. Florida High School Volleyball - Delphi Academy over Sports Leadership & Management September 23, 2021: Clearwater, FL 33765. However the pay is absolutely dreadful and it doesn't matter how long you stay there- it won't change. The students are amazing and a lot of the administration is supportive. I would highly recommend working at Delphi Academy. Sadly I had to move out of state so could no longer continue at Delphi. I honestly felt I made a difference in the lives of the families I touched.
DELPHI ACADEMY FULL
With small class sizes and wonderful curriculum each child was not just a number but someone who was being educated to reach his or her full potential. I had a great sense of pride in seeing the accomplishments of each student. I enjoyed going to work every day and experienced support from the administration in the course of doing my job. I must say it was the best place I ever worked. I worked at Delphi Academy for over 4 years and I loved it. So, when the Headmistress approached me to work there I said "yes". At the time I was not married nor did I have any children, but when I did have my son and he was old enough it was the first place I looked at based on having seen my friend's girls.Īfter enrolling my son and seeing the amazing gains he was making and how enthused he was to go to school and learn I knew I had made the right choice for him.

I first learned of Delphi through a friend who had both of his girls attend.
